When: 12 noon, WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 5th. Where: Social Sciences Lecture Block Room 2 (SSLB2) MOTION: THAT the members of MUSA have confidence in Kent Gearry as MUSA President. |

A petition has been presented to MUSA calling for MUSA President Kent Gearry to speak to and answer the following points, at an SGM, to the satisfaction of the meeting;
* Full disclosure and outline of the process with which any and all VSM contingency plans will be implemented
* Full discussion of alternative plans for the same
* Specific details of the way in which student consultation will occur
* Full assurance that any such plans will be with the full engagement and mandate of students, sought by SGM
* Any proposals or plans outlined as part of discussion documents will not be actioned, nor presented to council, until a mandate has been attained.
If the motion fails the petition also calls upon Kent Gearry to step down from his position on the Massey Council.
