MUSA is committed to assisting students in resolving any grievance they may experience as quickly as possible.
In order to assist us in providing an efficient and effective service as soon as possible we are working towards an on line based service that will allow students to register and track their complaints electronically. However, this does not prevent a student discussing the issue directly with the Advocacy Coordinator.
In the meantime Click HERE to download a copy of the Grievance Form, complete it and and then drop it off at the MUSA Reception during office hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Our MUSA Advocacy Coordinator will then contact you directly to organise a time to discuss your particular issue.
